Mexican Chicken Wraps:
-500g of slices chicken breast/tenderloins.
-Lettuce and Spinach (sliced)
-sachet of Mexican seasoning (Old El Paso Crispy Chicken).
-Mini Soft Tacos pack.
- Mix chicken in a bowl with seasoning. Toss well to ensure all the seasoning sticks.
- Prepare vegetables to your personal preference. I like to slice the Avocado and lettuce and dice the tomatoes.
- Heat Frying pan on Medium-High heat with 1 tablespoon of oil. Place chicken in pan to cook for approx 5-10mins. Leave to cook on 1 side for 1 minute to ensure the seasoning sticks.
- Serve with Grated Cheese and Sour Cream. Enjoy!
